Generating Custom Device Reports
The following screenshot displays the Device Report page and outlines the steps to follow to generate a custom report.
You can view this page by navigating to: Statistics>Device Reports.
| Number | Description |
|---|---|
| 1. | Select the information you want to include in the report by clicking on the corresponding checkbox. |
| 2. | Click on the Active Devices Only button if you only want to generate a report that relates to active subscribers. Click on the Excel Spreadsheet button if you want to download an Excel version of the report. Depending on the size of the report, it may be emailed to you a few minutes after it is generated. |
| 3. | If you want to view a report relating to specific subscribers, enter their Device Number or Voice Number in this text box. Each number must be entered on a new line. |
| 4. | Click on the Submit button to complete the process. |
| 5. | This table displays the custom report results. |
