Cellular Network Tab

The Authentication Details panel displays information relating to the settings used by the subscriber to connect to the APN.

The information displayed in this panel includes:

• APN, or Access Point Name.
  This is the APN that the subscriber is configured to connect to.
• Username
  This is the username used by the subscriber to connect to the APN.
• Password
  This is the password used by the subscriber to connect to the APN.
• Internet Access
  This indicates whether internet access is enabled or disabled for the subscriber.

The Network Details panel displays information relating to the subscriber's network status.

The information that may be displayed in this panel includes:

• Status
  This indicates the subscriber's status on the Connectivity Management APN.
  Please refer to the User Guide for further information about subscriber statuses.
• GSM Session Attach
  Note that this field is only displayed when viewing Pelion Global Roaming subscribers.
  This is the date and time at which the subscriber last established a connection with a cellular network.
  This value is stated in Coordinated Universal Time.
• Data Session Attach
  Note that this field is only displayed when viewing Pelion Global Roaming subscribers.
  This is the date and time at which the subscriber last established a connection to a GPRS, or General Packet Radio Service, server.
  This value is stated in Coordinated Universal Time.
• APN Session Start
  This is the date and time at which the subscriber last connected to Connectivity Management's APN.
• Last Data Transfer
  This is the data and time at which the subscriber last transferred a packet of data over the network.
• Latest IMEI
  If the mobile network that the device is provisioned on reports this information to Connectivity Management, this field displays the most recent IMEI associated with the device.
• Estimated Data Usage
  This is the estimated amount of data used by the subscriber during the current billing period.
  Note that this value only relates to data usage on the Connectivity Management APN.
• Private IP Address
  This field displays the subscriber's fixed, private IP address.
  This field is only displayed if your company has requested that your subscribers are assigned private IP addresses.
  This is the address that must be used if you are connecting to your subscribers using a secure access method, such as a VPN, or Virtual Private Network.

This panel allows you to view or download APN logs for the subscriber.

Logs are available to view in Connectivity Management, or they can be downloaded as an Excel, CSV or JSON file.
