Subscriber Management

The Devices section allows you to review the status of the subscriber for the account.

This section:

  • Provides navigation information about the Devices section.
  • Highlights the key actions that can be performed using the Devices section.


Navigation

The following screenshot displays the Devices Overview Page and highlights the key actions that can be conducted in this section.

Click on the Active icon to view the active subscribers page.

Using this page, you can:

  • View a detailed overview of the active subscribers on your account.
  • Search and filter for specific active subscribers.
  • View the location of your subscribers on a map.

Click on the Online icon to view the online subscribers page.

Using this page, you can:

  • View a detailed overview of the subscribers on your account that are currently online.
  • Search and filter for specific subscribers on your account that are currently online.

Click on the Offline icon to view the online subscribers page.

Using this page, you can:

  • View a detailed overview of the subscribers on your account that are currently offline.
  • Search and filter for specific subscribers on your account that are currently offline.

Click on the Transferring icon to view the transferring subscribers page.

Using this page, you can:

  • View a detailed overview of the subscribers on your account that are currently transferring data.
  • Search and filter for specific subscribers on your account that are currently transferring data.

Click on the Groups icon to view the groups page.

Using this page, you can:

  • Create groups.
  • View an overview of the groups on your account.
  • Edit existing groups.
  • Add monitoring alerts to groups.

Click on the Terminated icon to view the terminated subscribers page.

Using this page, you can:

  • View a detailed overview of the subscribers which have been terminated.
  • Search and filter for specific terminated subscribers.
  • Raise a request to reconnect terminated subscribers.

This section displays information relating to the subscribers on the account including:

  • A breakdown of the percentage of subscribers that are currently active, online and transferring data.
  • A breakdown of how the active subscribers on the account are distributed among operators.
  • A breakdown of the tags that have been applied to the subscribers on the account.
