Satellite Monitoring Tab

The Monitoring tab allows you to set up and manage monitoring alerts for an individual subscriber.

This section:

  • Provides navigation information about the Monitoring tab.
  • Highlights the key actions that can be performed using the Monitoring tab.

It is also possible to set up monitoring alerts on a company-wide and group basis.

This can be performed from the Services>Monitoring Alerts page.

Navigation

The following screenshot displays the Monitoring tab of a subscriber's management page and outlines the key actions that can be conducted using this section.

1.Click on the Monitoring tab to access this section.

If any monitoring alerts have been set up for the subscriber, the Current Monitoring Alerts panel displays the details of the alert.

The columns in this table include:

  • Device
    This is the unique identifier for the subscriber the alert applies to.
  • Lower
    This is the lower data usage limit at which the alert will be triggered.
  • Upper
    This is the upper data usage limit at which the alert will be triggered.
  • Created
    This is the date and time at which the alert was created.
  • Actions
    Clicking on the link in this column allows you to delete the alert.

The Add Device Monitoring Alert panel allows you to create a monitoring alert for the subscriber you are viewing.
