Refer to the topic User Guide for more information about what each status means.

The Device Details panel displays information relating to the subscriber's:

  • IMEI, or International Mobile Equipment Identity.
This is a unique number used to identify the device. Usually this number is printed on the device.
  • Subscription ID
This is the subscription identifier that is generated by the Iridium platform upon activation. This value is automatically published to Connectivity Management once provisioning has been successfully completed. This value is linked to the contract subscription rather than the device itself. This means that if a subscriber is terminated and then later reactivated, you may notice that its subscription ID has changed.
  • Nickname
This is a unique identifier that has been assigned to the subscriber by the user. Nicknames can be useful for quickly identifying subscribers. It is also possible to search for subscribers using nicknames.
  • Group
If the subscriber is a member of a group, the name of the group they belong to is displayed here.
4.

The Tariff panel displays information relating to the tariff that the subscriber is associated with.

The information displayed includes:

  • Line Rental
This is the recurring rental fee for each subscriber on the tariff.
  • Activation Date
This is the date and time at which the subscriber was activated on the tariff.
  • Contract Start Date
This is the date and time at which the subscriber's rolling contract with Connectivity Management started.
  • Contract Expiry Date
This is the data and time at which the subscriber's rolling contract with Connectivity Management ended or is due to end. If a subscriber is terminated during the contract period, it may be subject to a cancellation or other fees. If the subscriber is still active after the contract expiry date, it will enter into a 30-day rolling contract automatically.
5.

The Services panel displays the default and additional services associated with the subscriber.

The additional services that are available vary depending on the services that the customer has signed up for and the tariff that the subscriber is provisioned on.

Note that adding or removing additional services can impact on the subscriber's functionality and may also incur additional fees.

Please contact support if you have any enquiries regarding the additional service available on your account.

6.

The Tags panel displays the tags that have been assigned to the subscriber and enables you to add and remove tags.
