Satellite Billing Tab

The Billing tab allows you to view billing information for the subscriber and raise a request to change the subscriber's tariff.

This section:

  • Provides navigation information about the Billing tab.
  • Highlights the key actions that can be performed using the Billing tab.


Navigation

The following screenshot displays the Billing tab of a subscriber's management page and outlines the key actions that can be conducted using this section.

This panel allows you to view the subscriber's current tariff and raise a request to upgrade the tariff.

This table lists static charges that are associated with the account for the selected period.

 The columns are broken down as follows:

  • Type - this is the fee type. Static charges may include charges such as line rental fees or one-off connection fees.
  • Cost - this is the total cost associated with each fee type.
  • Currency - this is the currency type for the fee.

This table lists usage and associated costs on your account for the selected period.

The columns are broken down as follows:

  • Type - this is a description of the type of call or event that occurred.
  • Calls/Events - this is the total number of calls or events that occurred in each category.
  • Duration - this is the total usage for each call or event.
  • Total – this is the total cost associated with each category of call or event.
  • Currency - this is the currency type for the fee.
