Connectivity Management 5.3 Functionality Enhancements
This release of Connectivity Management includes the following functionality enhancements:
- Improved user interface for managing device groups.
- The ability to request reconnects for terminated subscribers.
- New documentation for subscriber management.
Improved User Interface for Managing Device Groups
The user interface on the Devices>Groups page has been improved.
The new user interface provides more detailed information regarding the status of devices within each group.
This means that it is now possible to:
- View the total number of devices in each group.
- View the total number of users that are members of each group.
- Add monitoring alerts.
- View the lower and upper usage limits for each group, if set.
Requesting a Reconnect for Terminated Subscribers
This release introduces the ability to request reconnects for any subscribers that have been terminated.
For example, this functionality means that if a subscriber has been terminated in error users can request that it is reconnected by raising a request via Connectivity Management.
New Documentation for Subscriber Management
The Subscriber Management Guide has been published.
This guide outlines the management actions that can be performed from a subscriber's management page.
This includes activities such as:
- Barring a subscriber from connecting to the network.
- Viewing APN and Pivot logs.
- Terminating a SIM.
